It is in exceptional condition and shows no play wear and very little wear of any kind. There are a couple small, tiny clearcoat marks on the back but you will have to search for them and hold your nose up to the guitar to see them.
Super clean, 1-owner guitar, it just has not been played.
Plays great with nice action, neck is straight, tone is superb.
Comes with original form fit Martin case with crushed green interior. It is missing the top part of the back latch which affects nothing. The case is in as nice a shape as the guitar other than that.
This is an excellent Martin in awesome shape. You cannot get this model anymore and this one is as clean as you will find.
