Rare Carvin X220 Star Guitar in Black W/Reverse Headstock.
This is a VERY rare guitar from Carvin. I believe this one dates to the late 80’s, possibly earli 90’s.
The X220 was produced in low numbers to begin with and thus, is tough to find these days. This one is even more rare due to the reverse headstock and the hardtail rather than the locking trem.
Condition is very good. It is a black guitar and it is vintage, so it shows some pick scratching and marks here and there. The points are all good and honestly a good buffing would have this thing shining like new.
It presents well, as you can see by the pics, and it plays great.
These are 24 frets, 25″ scale length and a 13/4″ nut.
Comes with the original form fit Carvin hardcase which has one bum latch but otherwise functions fine.
This is an excellent guitar from a very cool time period that you won’t find every day. Grab it while you can!
