1979 Fender Antigua Strat Guitar H/S/S Seymour Duncans-Original Floyd Rose W/OHSC.
If you are looking for an all original collector’s grade ’79 Antigua Strat, move along now.
This one is set up to rock and it is a beauty!
Obviously sporting the rare Antigua burst finish, this one has the Bullet truss rod and three bolt neck plate.
The Original Floyd Rose was added in 80’s. It was professionally installed, plays perfectly with no issues.
It is currently set up with 9’s
Frets are in good shape no issues. Slight bit of fret wear, but nothing you notice. It plays great and just ‘feels’ perfect. Some of these old strats had a bit of mojo and this is one of them.
The neck is a thicker “C” shape.
There is some wear on the guitar as you can see. It actually looks like it was given a light relic treatment, although it appears to be natural. It is very understated and fits this guitar perfectly, adding to the great vibe it already has.
Comes with original Fender hard case as pictured.
