Shipping Policy

Shipping rates given are estimated and are strictly for the United States and Canada. Please wait for a final shipping total before paying the invoice as the amount could change based on your geographical location. Shipping rates to Hawaii will be substantially more and buyer is responsible for all charges associated with large item shipping including packaging, insurance, customs and brokerage fees. If you live outside North America please email us for shipping rates as they will be substantially higher than the rates given. All buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs, brokerage charges as well as purchasing shipping insurance separately otherwise item will be sent with $100 insurance on it.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.

Special Conditions

ALL returns must be pre-approved by Grant Rushton or Chris Wilcox. We will only consider accepting a return for store credit only if the item varies drastically from the desription so please review all pictures carefully and ask questions. Returns will ONLY be considered if we are notified by email within 24 hours of receiving the item. BUYER TO PAY ALL return shipping, insurance charges and ANY potential customs charges. Item must be received in condition it was sent in with no damage, missing parts or modifications or it will be refused. ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED for vintage / boutique guitars, amplifiers, pedals, electronic or tubes due to their fragile nature as we have no control over handling during the shipping process. Any shipping damage claims must be handled in full by the buyer and not Roadhouse Vintage, however we will assist you in any capacity necessary to facilitate the claim.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc) through PayPal. If you need to use an alternate form of payment, just let us know and we will make arrangements.

 

Shipping in US and Canada

We ship orders by the cheapest method available. In the US that is usually Fed Ex ground for larger items and USPS for smaller items. Items that ship from Canada will come Canadian post and those rates are usually higher than US rates.
