1980 Gibson Les Paul Standard Guitar in Ebony.
Just in is a really excellent vintage LP Standard.

This one dates to 1980 and is in extremely clean condition for its age.
All original with the exception of the pickups, which as you can see by the pics are a PRS 7 Bass in the neck and a Tremonti Treble in the bridge.
It is built with a three piece carved maple top, solid mahogany body of course.
The three piece maple neck has a slender C shape profile.
It has a bound rosewood fretboard features pearl trapezoid inlay with the original medium jumbo frets that are in exceptional condition showing virtually no wear.
The neck is straight and true and it plays wonderfully. The truss rod is optimally adjusted, and the “Standard” truss rod cover is intact. The headstock features the original nickel plated Gibson flower tuners with tulip buttons that turn smoothly and hold great.
The hardware includes the original bridge and tailpiece. The cream colored pickup rings are stock along with the pick guard finished off with the four original amber tone volume/tone knobs.
The guitar has been professionally set up with new 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
Comes with original Gibson Chainsaw case. It is in great shape as well.
Overall, this is an extremely clean 44 year old LP that plays beautifully.
