2012 Fender Custom Shop 1963 Telecaster Closet Classic Relic Guitar.
Mint condition Fender Custom Shop ’63 tele.
This guitar was collector owned and as such, as stored and not played.
Comes with everything you see pictured (which is a lot!) right down to the ashtray cover, including the original case and COA.
Excellent guitar that plays as great as it looks.
Alder body with a nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
The weight of just under 7.5 lbs.
It has a Maple neck with a 60’s Oval C carve with depth measurements of .82″ at the first fret and .93″ at the twelfth. T
The fretboard is made from very nice AAA grade Rosewood with a 9.5″ radius, 6105 fret wire and a 1.650″ nut width.
Electronics feature Custom Shop 63 single coils combined with modern wiring, master volume, master tone and a three-way switch. The guitar now sports a 3-ply white pickguard, but the original tortoise guard is included in the case.
