Guild DCE-5 True American Acoustic Electric Single Cutaway Dreadnought Guitar.
Excellent Guild American-made quality. Solid spruce top and solid rosewood back and sides.
This one is a player due to the finish checking on the top and the body.
It is just simple checking, nothing into the wood, it most likely happened in shipping during a cold snap. It doesn’t affect a thing as far as the sound and playbility of the guitar, just looks like a natural relic:)
Neck is excellent, frets are good, electronics sound great plugged in.
If you are familiar with these American made Guilds from this time period then you know what great quality guitars they were, especially for the money.
Comes as pictured with original Guild hard case.
This is a diamond in the rough, if you don’t mind the finish checking, you will be getting a killer guitar on the cheap!
