The ESP George Lynch signature model is made to rock

In 1985 guitar-phenom George Lynch teamed up with ESP to design their first signature model. It was George’s guitars that brought ESP to the guitar playing masses. Based on the M series body, the ESP George Lynch M-1 Tiger is all about comfort, tone, and sustain. When you’re rocking hard night after night, the last thing your need is an axe that hangs on you like a boat anchor. The M-1 Tiger fits you like a glove, it’s lightweight, and it’s nicely balanced. Add a Seymour Duncan Screamin’ Demon humbucker and a Floyd Rose vibrato, and you’re ready to shred with the best.

Get classic hard rock tones from a Screamin’ Demon humbucker

ESP loaded the George Lynch M-1 Tiger with a Seymour Duncan Screamin’ Demon. Designed specifically for George, this humbucker exhibits a big tone reminiscent of a ’59 Model with a touch of percussiveness gives you a sound with plenty of growl. The George Lynch signature model ESP Kamikaze-1 electric guitar carries streamlined electronics aimed at hard rock.

Top-of-the-line quality from Japanese-made ESP guitars

ESP started as a manufacturer of after-market guitar parts in Japan in the late 1970s. By the mid-80s ESP was making custom guitars for some of the biggest names in rock. An exacting eye toward playability and craftsmanship has made ESP Guitars one of the most visible and prevalent guitar brands in rock and metal. Each ESP M-1 Tiger guitar is still made in Japan. Their commitment to quality is second to none, and their impressive roster of endorsers proves it. From George Lynch to Ron Wood to Stephen Carpenter, Kirk Hammett, and Alexi Laiho, ESP makes the guitars that today’s guitar heroes use.
